A group of five Division Azul artillerymen posing together in a bench, they are part of the 250 Artillery Regiment. They are showing over the collar their falange blue shirts , so they are also of falangist background. In the back we can read : " To my Parents, even though i am very far away I love you more than ever. Germany 23-VII-1941", considering the date, they are part of the first wave of volunteers that arrived to Grafenwöhr Boot Camp on the 17th July, just 6 days before.

A Chasseurs Lieutenant Colonel with two 1st class Laureada Crosses (Highest medal in the Spanish Military) and other decorations, probably granted during the 2nd Carlist War (1846-1849) or The African War/1st Moroccan War (1859-1860) . Taken by Royal Photographer Moliné in Barcelona, circa 1861.
Portrait of a División Azul volunteer called Alejandro Ángel Juan Marcos taken before leaving Madrid in 1942. We can read in the back " Souvenir from Alejandro Juan Marcos, missing in action in Russia in 10th February 1943". He served in the served 7th Company II Battalion of the 262 Infantry Regiment "Pimentel". He died on 10th February 1943 at the battle of Krassny Bor, near the swamps of this village, being considered missing at around 8:00-12:00, three days after the village was recaptured and his body was found. As a result of this battle 3127 spanish were killed, 1035 wounded and 300 captured and the soviet had more than 20,000 casualties. Operation Polar Star ended up in failure for the Soviet Army. Krassny Bor is considered the biggest battle that involved spanish troops during the Second World War.
Chasseurs Captain José "Pepe" D. in service uniform with pellise posing in an orchard near Bilbao dedicated to his wife Ana Dolores Clavillas , who lived in Zaragoza. In the back we can see a stamp and a mail marck from Bilbao also we can read "I send to you a strong hug, your Pepe 14th September 1808 . To Mrs. Aº Dolores Clavillas, Zaragoza C/Heroísmo 1-2º". Bought from a direct descendent of the two.

Group photo of Peyo López Gracia (Right) of the 31th Infantry Regiment "Burgos" (the 36th regiment was renamed after the coup to its pre republican name) near the Somiedo Pass (Asturias). He was native of the small village of Velascálvaro (Valladolid). During the war he was promoted to corporal in the National Army and wrote quite a few poems of religious and nationalistic content, he participated in the Asturian Campaign of Asturias (1937) and the Ebro Battle, concretely in the Sector of the Valley of the Cinca (1/1/1938-31/12/1938). He was killed in that action around November, and was postumly awarded the War Merit Cross in Red Distinctive and a mention. He is buried in the Military Cemetery of Teruel. We can read : " To my dear Cousin María Rodríguez native of Velascálvaro , In signal of affection and send you this photography of me with two friends I made during the campaign".
