Souvenir medallion in memory of LORCET Joseph Maurice who fell on the field of honor on March 13, 1915.

The 170th Infantery Regiment arrived the same day in the combat zone of Mesnils-lès-Hurlus. The 170 attacked the Bois Jaune-Brûlé trench, it fell during this assault.

He rests at the National Necropolis of Saitn-Thomas-en-Argonne, individual tomb No. 4128.
