A seasonal Xmas card sent by Pte William Joseph Downsworth to his wife. He originally started as 13th Cavalry but switched to Machine guns & eventually the newly formed Tank Corps by the time he was sent to France. He had a troubled service, was court-martialled 3 times for desertion in the Uk & was forced to forfeit his medals in 1921.
