He seems to be holding a corkscrew in his right hand and a small bottle in his left hand (despite the very dark aspect of the photo we can see a bottleneck).
He has a crest on his beret and also seems to have a distinctive sign as a right cufflink.
Perhaps a young man from the French Young Workcamps (came to visit VILLENEUVE Jean Marc ?).
