1. A Zollregierungsrat here the role seems close to that of generals, the lowest being Generalmajor (Brigadier General). He wears a First World War war cross as well as other medals (probably similar to the Zollsekretar in the previous photo).
2. The Zollsekretar from the previous photo.
3. A ZollAssistent Ausserplanmassig.
4. Another ZollAssistent Ausserplanmassig.
5. The rest are ZollBetriebassistent (or with special substitute functions, only the shoulder pads can confirm...).
