Schiltigheim band

Present: First World War veterans with their decorations.

Also present: Henri Rehberger (center, with the officials, kepi in hand?), who served in the German army during the conflict and then as a military doctor. He was wounded twice on the Eastern Front.

The band traveled to the Mâcon region and then to northern Beaujolais, discovering the wine specialties and giving concerts in the towns along the way.

Photo taken between 3 and 5 p.m. in front of the Square de la Paix in Mâcon, in front of the war memorial. The mayor of Saint-Laurent was present.
