24th Squadron of the RAF, on the bottom row centre(with MC), WW1 flying ace S/Ldr Arthur G. Jones-Williams. He was credited with 11 ariel victories and in 1929, he made two attempts at setting a nonstop flight record. He died while attempting a nonstop flight from Cranwell, England to Cape Town, South Africa. He crashed at Djbel Lit, Zaghaouan, French Tunisia, on 17 December 1929.
